We are passionate about caring for the planet and our soils. Using permaculture practices to manage the land, our truffles have been grown without the use of chemicals and pesticides.

Established in 2015 the farm is completely off-grid; we are powered entirely by solar and on site battery storage, and the trees are irrigated using captured rain water.

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do and we hope this ensures the security and longevity of our farm for many generations.
